The virus known as COVID-19 is impacting everyone’s life, including our
pets. At SmartVet we are diligent about cleaning everything in the clinic to
prevent the spread of pet-specific viral conditions and we have enhanced
our protocols to disinfect things like door handles and credit card swipers to
prevent the spread of human-specific viruses. We would also like to remind
you of some of SmartVet’s services that may be helpful if you are practicing
’social-distancing’ to reduce the spread of COVID-19.


We offer house-calls in the Bloomington-Normal area. ($72)
We offer home delivery of medications and pet food. ($10)


We have an on-line store where you can order medications and pet food for

For established patients, we offer telemedicine consultations ($15 per 10 mins)
Telemedicine requires that you have a cell phone with an internet speed of
over 4 Mbps. If you are interested in using telemedicine please go to
www.petzam.com/ and select either the Apple Store or Google Play to download
the appropriate app for your cell phone. Then call our office using
your regular phone to schedule your telemedicine appointment. At the
appointment time our doctor will call your cell phone via the PetZam app.

in the media and on the internet and some of it is not accurate. We strongly
recommend sticking to trusted and peer reviewed sources for up-to-date
